For Hosts: By providing guest contact information (email or phone numbers), you represent and warrant that you have obtained the necessary consent from your guests to share their information with RSVPTree for the sole purpose of sending event-related communications.

For Guests: We process your information solely as a service provider to the host who invited you. If you wish to be removed from our systems, please contact us at the email address below.

6. SMS Terms (Opt-In/Opt-Out)

By opting into our messaging services, you agree to receive recurring automated event updates and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

7. Email Communications (CAN-SPAM)
